Clean dining area and inviting breakfast spread.

Clean place & very pleasant and pleasant staff despite efforts of the staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the standard double room, plus central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Wonderful hotel, it has good service, marvellous location walkable to all the attractions. The staff are pleasant, and there is a great reception to relax in. The room is functional and comfy with a bath, everything is really good...

Hotel clean but very basic and rooms in need of modernisation especially bathrooms. Like a travel lodge in the uk but 2-4 times the price. ok hotel but not worth 100 euros/night.

the room was a bit dark! but the bathroom was spotless and well-kept. the breakfast options were varied, especially loved the fresh fruits and the pastries. location was unbeatable, just a two-minute walk from the train station.

It was ok for a transit hotel, would not like to stay here more than 1 night. Did not take breakfast.

Do not drive to this hotel. There is no where to park at the hotel and parking in mannheim is impossible. €30 night in a very bad hauptbahnhof car park is offered by the staff. I found an overnight parking in the shopping area for €10. In summer the heat in the rooms is unbearable, no chance of sleeping, with or without windows open.

Great location, just a short walk from the central station. The breakfast was pretty good. Fresh bread every day. The staff were friendly and helpful .

The staff wasn't very helpful regarding date changes and insisted on full payment. The breakfast offered was a letdown, lacking any variety or warm food options.

Hotels in blankets and pillows and sheets had an unpleasant smell laundry andoeeot enough or did not replace the sheet was judged sleep was hard to take. Please improve.

The rooms was very clean and the towels were full sized bath towels! I know that sounds goofy but a lot of places are using things slightly larger than hand towels.

There is construction all around so prepare to be awoken early to the sounds of waste hitting dumpsters.... As there is no a/c, you have to have the window opened to allow the room to cool down so unfortunately there is no escape! Be prepared to pay for internet if you don't have a T-mobile hotspot subscription. Also, I didn't personally mess with the breakfast. 14 Euro will buy a heck of a lot in the train station that is a few blocks away. All in all, a nice room but a little overpriced for what you're actually getting.

great access to parks and charming landmarks nearby

I enjoyed being just a short stroll away from the beautiful Mannheimer Wasserturm and nearby parks, perfect for a relaxing weekend walk around the city, and with the train station only a few minutes away, my stay was super convenient for exploring Mannheim's rich history and culture.

Close to main station, good breakfast if you have time to eat your moneys worth.

I had noisy neighbours in the middle of one night. Not the hotels problem some people are just not considerate when returning to their rooms at 3 in the morning.
